my highest respect. It is good that people like you exist!  As we say in German: You can still look into the mirrow every morning.

You did a perfect job.  I really enjoyed it a lot, perfect and rare pictures.

I would love to buy a printed version (knowing that this is your challenge and I wouldn´t be able to read it before...)

Thank you Hydrofix, and I’m very pleased to read that you enjoy the PDF.

It was never my intention to make changes to this Second Edition, but something happening in my life now will drive a change to the Acknowledgements page - very important to me personally.

This version of the PDF will be special to me because of that change, but to make it more so, a number of old images taken many years ago will also be added.

Everyone on this site will be welcome to it.
