Februar 2015 Hello allMy name is Ion and I am new on this forum. We have a Kramer 680 wheel loader and after we repair the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor we discovered that we have problems some electrical problems. We measured the current on the coils of the motor and we can't measure 12V. So I we measured even on the pump and we have the same problems. I know that it should be a proportional current but we have no drawing with the electrical parts. Also we have no service manual and with the local Kramer partner its worthless. They allready came and told us to change the ebox. So we changed it and the problem is there. I want to let you know that the pump and the motor it was tested on test bench. Please help me with some ideea from where should I start to discover the problem. Thanks Zitieren

kleineMax 0 Geschrieben 3. Februar 2015 Geschrieben 3. Februar 2015 If you measuret directly at the alternator at B+ (screwed on red kabel, normaly) and B- (metal housing), you should have around 14V. If you dont have this voltage between these two points, then alternator is damaged or the controller (most of the time the controller isnt interchangable today). Zitieren

Februar 2015 Hello allThe hydraulic pump:Sauer DanfossIPS75N FC0N6 NAE3 KR4545C0N 38 NNNNN NNZ13 A10Hydraulic motor:Sauer Danfoss51D080-1-AD3N P7P7 NNX1 NNN040AAE4 00AAMaybe I didn't explained very well.I measured the current on the coil of the hydraulic motor and I can't measure 12V.So when I push frog button (not rabbit) the hydraulic motor should go in large displacement and high torque but it remains in minimum displacement. So I decide to measure the current on the coil of the hyd. motor and there is no 12V. I decide to take two cables and I connected the battery directly to hydraulic pump and also the hydraulic motor and the motor is going in large displacement. Thanks to all of you.https://www.dropbox.com/s/07a5i9qcse650jf/s...024983.pdf?dl=0So I think the coils of the motor its not receiving enough current because you can move it very very easy but when you put current from the battery its very hard to move it. Also I think the coils from the motor it should receive proportional current from the drawing at the 6 page from above pdf. Zitieren
