The Job:

We’re looking for a highly talent and experienced Construction Manager to coordinate and plan all aspects of obstacle creation and build. The Construction Manager will work closely with the Course, Construction and Events team to ensure timely, safe and efficient creation of obstacles.

The Work:

- Coordinate, plan and schedule the construction and material delivery for course construction
- Work closely with on-site contractors to ensure efficient and safe construction
- Develop course construction budgets and track daily build progress
- Manage document control workflow
- Develop CAD drawings of preliminary obstacles
- Manage onsite contractors and/or labor to meet strict deadlines
- Assist Events Team during weekends to overcome any technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to create new and innovative obstacle ideas

- Excellent command of both English and German
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Clear focus on delivering results
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative
- Willing to be based in Germany and travel 50% of the time (sometimes internationally)

The Experience:

- 5-6 years of Structural Engineering or Construction Field experience
- AutoCAD drafting experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license is required
