I am not sure, but i think the asnswer is affirmative. I know that at three gorges dam were two cables cranes.

the same sight, from different angle. this kroll k-1800 has a huh of 101 m and a tower of 5.43x5.43m. rail gauge is 13.5 m.

Rotec lifting cranes use cylindrical mast sections, which are extremely strong. They provide 313 ft (95 m) of free-stand height and are subject to almost none of the mast wind-up effect evident in virtually all tower cranes using tube/lattice mast sections.
