Große Turmdrehkrane

Die linke Version ist die mit der falschen Auslegerlänge. Geht so wohl nicht freistehend.
Rechts die realere Ausführung. Bei beiden darf dann aber der Kletterturm nicht... na, Ihr wisst schon.
Jedenfalls hofft der 1250B nun auf die Aufnahme zu den Big Ones dieses Threads.

Niedrigste vorstellbare Bauhöhe, aber max. Ausleger ( 80m Arbeitsradius / 85m Länge )
Der Kleine ist ein Liebherr 26H. Zum Spaß und Größenvergleich eingesetzt.

Hehe - schon klar, daß die Wölffe nicht hingehen und zum Vergleich einen LH 4000HC100 danebensetzen

Naja, der 1250B ist ein imposantes Teil, aber leider trotzdem nicht mein Favorit für den Winner des Preises für Industriedesign 2009 bearbeitet 13. August 2009 von stephan1964

Hi S 46, kann es sein od liege ich falsch?, aber mir dünkt das es wohl in naher Zukunft ein Modell des 1250B (1/50 od doch 1/87) kommen könnte....

Wolff WK60140B is the first real giant from Wolff. It was made first time in 1994 or 1995. Now it was renamed as Wolff 900B. The maximum height of the tower is 90 m for static version and 70m for rail going version. Wolffkran is somehow dissapointing, becouse, though it is one of most important manufacturers , it has in his tower cranes range only one model -wolff 900b-this until this year when was launched 1250b-and only in luffing jib range. Second, unlike Potain , Liebherr, Kroll wich attain very big heights for the rail going version(sometimes even bigger than static versions), Wolff cranes achieve substancially more reduced heights for railed versions.
Anyway, WK60140B is a realy impressive crane. Below is a close view of this crane in process of montage.

Krupp custom built luffer[i]. tower square-10x10m. Stationary.
On a concrete foundation the 10X10m wide tower forms the base for the kind of roller-bearing ring supporting the upper crane in 56m height. A rope controlled slewing mechanism allowed the crane to swing around 180 degree in both directions in order to cover a 360 degree working radius. A further unique design feature were the three water ballast tanks at 14m counterradius of the giant luffer with up to 76m working radius. At 46m outreach the capacity was still 70t, while at 73m radius 40t could be handled. A single line runner for 5t capacity speeded up small lifts. Concerning the huge dimensions of the crane components it seems to be unusual to incorporate no self climbing concept. However it was thought that where this giant is going to be installed there is adequate mobile crane power to be found. In order to reduce the surface exposed to the wind all framework is made up of tubes. Unfortunately the Krupp giant was scrapped after its last job at the brown coal power plant Neurath was completed in 1988.
