Not Zoomlion, but the old Potain MD1000 from Turkey.
This is not a custom made crane as I first thought, but a regular, series tower crane. That's because according to data sheet Potain MD1000 could attain 140 m height under hook, freestanding&railgoing for 15m gauge base. 16m width base (specified in a document) about that crane) is most likely theoverall width of the base.
