Hallo Spezialisten
nach einem kurz zurückliegenden Streitgespräch auf der Baustelle zwecks längsten LF ausrüstüng wollte ich nun gerne wissen von euch was die derzeitigen Lf an höhe erreichen.

50m ist momentan das Maximum das mit bekannt ist.
Erreicht wird das von der EX 1200 von 777 aus Endland vzw. der Kobelco aus Japan.
Letztere erreicht etwas mehr Höhe.

Hitachi reaches for the highest...

After Kobelco, Hitachi now sold it's first HRD rig that reaches well above 50mtr. With the EX1400K, Hitachi puts itself on the highest place.
The machine, that reaches 52mtr. was sold last month to the Japanese contactor; Marutoku Corporation, and provides it's owner with the latest HRD technology. This company already owned several Hitachi HRD excavators with different heights.

Rumors about very high HRD excavator

The Italy based boom-manufacturer CMO2 is still leading the HRD height records. With the construction of the 55mtr. HRD excavator for Despe, (which we still haven't seen in action) and the PMI 980 with 50mtr. HRD-boom, they produced the impossible. To stay ahead of the competition they now are building an even higher custom build HRD excavator. Rumors spread say it will be well above 65mtr. Even heights of 83mtr. are being told.
We will wait and see.

EX1400K Marutoku, Japan, Hitachi = 51mtr.
2x SK1600D Nabekai, Japan, Kobelko = 51mtr.
R984B Despe, Italy, CMO2 =55mtr. (but never seen in action)
PMI 980 General Smontaggi, Italy, CMO2 = 50mtr.

-Kocurek is gona build a second EX1200 and would not say about higher products
-CMO2 and Kobelco/Nabekai are working on a higher versions
About CMO2 some say they have seen the boom already >65m but they are still working on the base maschine (gona be custom made)

Then there is the aspect height >>> Pinheight, Worktoolheight,Workingheight, safty workingheight.

If you compare a R974Lf and keep the 1:2 safetyrule a Cat 345B UHD reaches higher then the 37m Liebherr R974B Lf.
The Cat does 25m the Liebherr 24m.
