Schade um den Weitz aber es wurde ja sehr schön aufgearbeiteter Potain-Ersatz aufgebaut.

Gibt es auch Bilder von der Weitz-Kabine?

Der Kran wurde am Mittwoch dem 19.11.2008 demontiert und zerteilt, Liegt nun bei uns auf dem Hof und wartet auf bessere Stahlpreise

By the way, I don`t see any struts for erection on bottom part of the tower.
Perhaps you know which year was this model manufactured, because on X1266 model (which looks very similar) the struts for lifting the tower into the vertical position are still present.

Beautiful Weitz-crane! Interesting on this construction side is the Liebherr EC-B in red "Wolffkran" colours, and also interesting is the fact, that cranes of so many different generations stand together on the same workplace. A Liebherr 60 HC, a first generation Liebherr 180 EC-H, the Weitz-Metalna X126, and a brandnew 200 (?) EC-B.
