Well, I think it`s time now to get serious.
The K 25000 waits behind me...
I`ll do it today, djlivus, promised.

There is ( would be ) a lot to say about the K 25000.
Foremost: It`s not designed to be the biggest, or highest crane ever.
It is the consequent evolution derived from the experience made by producing the K 10000,
and, obviously, created on demand of customers operating the K 10000.
Like:
- all machinery is now housed in a container above the slewing deck. ( sibirian climate ? )
- much higher Masthead for much higher loading capabilities ( nearly doubled )
- and this at further reaches and higher levels
- top slewing ( discussed before, and probably after )
- new towersystem ( TM 100 )
- No A - Strut anymore
- no element over 30 tons
- total weight of crane indicated: 2.700.000kg ( ! )
etc.

Don`t get fooled by the overall sight. Keep in mind the dimensions which are described here.
Or take the movable counterweights alone: 3 x 110 tons => That`s nearly the K 1400 operating weight itself.
Which are then being propelled nearly 60 meters off axis ! That´s the lenght of a "normal" Main jib nowadays.
And here it`s only the counterjib...

I have to admit, that I`ve added fantasy to the drawings. But who can really tell, what the K 25000 will ( or would ) have looked like in reality?
And that`s a good reason for drawings: They can show the virtual reality, when you`ve got no real picture of it.
Ah, and I love pictures too.
Enough said, up to the drawings. I have had to split them up, due to the 200K Limit, which I have to excuse,
and will not put any text to it anymore, because I think, they are " selfexplanatory ".

3.) until 6.) Drawing of complete K 25000 crane with K 1400 ontop with different measurements.

Of course I did more drawings ( comparisons, f. ex. with K 10000 ) but you have to send me a PN then,
because they`re all above the 200K Limit.
